Demet Metan, M.Sc., M.E., is the Co-founder and CEO of WiseCare AI, an AI startup focused on matching Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) beneficiaries with the most suitable healthcare coverage through a proprietary intelligence platform. Demet is also the Co-founder and Partner of Full Spectrum Insights, a consulting firm that helps organizations leverage data science, marketing analytics, and Generative AI to drive smarter decisions and scalable growth for many industries, including healthcare, insurance, tax, banking, software and digital services. With 20+ years' experience in healthcare, marketing, and consumer analytics, she specializes in turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies that improve engagement and performance. Prior to launching both ventures, Demet led high-impact analytics and AI initiatives at UnitedHealth Group and Humana, delivering measurable outcomes across patient engagement, campaign optimization, and operational efficiency. Demet is passionate about building ethical, transformational data solutions that drive both business value and better experiences. Demet holds a M.S in Business Analytics from Naveen Jindal Business School of University of Texas at Dallas and a M.S in Instructional Technology from Lehigh University.

Gokhan Metan, M.Sc., Ph.D., NACD.DC, currently serves as the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board at WiseCare AI Inc., an AI startup focused on matching Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) beneficiaries with the most suitable healthcare coverage through a proprietary intelligence platform. In addition, Dr. Metan is the Founder and Partner of Full Spectrum Insights, a consulting firm specializing in data infrastructure, cloud computing, machine learning, AI, and software delivery. Dr. Metan serves as Commissioner of Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) to advise the Congress on Medicare’s traditional fee-for-service and Medicare Advantage programs. Dr. Metan also serves as Chief Risk and Technology Officer of Catalight, a non-profit behavioral health company focused on providing services and research to people with developmental disabilities. Dr. Metan has served as an executive in organizations ranging in size from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups with the aim of creating reliable, high-impact technologies that improve healthcare access and outcomes. Prior to his current roles, Dr. Metan held executive positions at Centene Corporation, a publicly traded managed care company; SSM Health, a not-for-profit U.S. healthcare system; and Humana, the second largest Medicare Advantage insurer in the country. He is Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD.DC) and serves as Chairman of the Board at WiseCare AI Inc. Dr. Metan holds dual Master of Science degrees in Management & Industrial Engineering and earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Operations Research with a minor in Finance from Lehigh University.
